Why We Do This

Decisions regarding end-of-life care for your beloved pets are extremely difficult – we understand that.  Many dogs and cats are fearful of visits to the vet’s office, or even car rides.  The last thing you want to do at this delicate time in your pet’s life is to cause them distress or discomfort unnecessarily.  Faithful Hearts was founded with the goal of offering guidance regarding the choices and timelines associated with your senior dog or cat’s care, in the comfort of their own home, with expertise and empathy.  We strive to help pets and owners peacefully through every step of the process.

We are proud to be a LOCAL and CERTIFIED option for pets of the upstate.

Mission Statement

“Our mission is to provide the best and most ethical in-home euthanasia and hospice services, with empathy and professionalism, to help pet owners with end-of-life care and decision-making in the comfort of their pet’s home.”

Availability & Services

When we are heavily booked, an update will often be posted on our "Contact Us" page.  All of our services are by appointment only.

Our normal business hours are currently Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Monday, 9am - 5:30pm, Sunday 12pm - 5:30pm, and Tuesday 9am - 12pmNo appointments are available Tuesday after 12pm to Thursday at 9am, but Melissa is available to get families information and to set up appointments.

We are a super small local business operating with minimal, extremely dedicated team members in order to keep our prices as low as possible while still providing the most personalized and compassionate care available - and we never send families to a national call center such as larger companies do.  This means we are often unable to respond to calls/messages if we are already communicating with another family, in appointments, or driving in areas with poor service.  If we are unable to answer, please leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as we are available (typcially within an hour during our regular hours on weekdays, but this may be next day for afterhours calls & messages and Monday for non-urgent weekend inquiries).  PLEASE NOTE, due to the delicate nature of what we do, we do not return missed calls if a voicemail was not left.

Our services include:

- Home Euthanasia

- Comfort Room Euthanasia (Honea Path)

- Respectful Aftercare (Aquamation)

- Hospice Care & Acupuncture

Available through our sister company,

Furever Faithful Pet Aquamation - please check for latest availability here:
